The invention discloses a construction method for a reverse circulation drilling grouting expanded-head anchor rod. A pre-arrangement method of a reverse circulation drilling grouting expanded-head anchor rod body assembly includes the steps of embedding a protective cylinder, preparing slurry, arranging a drilling machine in place, performing reverse circulation drilling and drilling an expanded head at a bottom end, cleaning a hole by a slurry changing method, performing detecting, hoisting the anchor rod body assembly, opening and expanding an expansion mechanism to unfold an anchor head, hoisting a guide pipe and grouting concrete. An mud specific gravity index is determined according to geological conditions and is controlled to be 1.2-1.4. During drilling, a drilling machine slightly presses and slowly rotates, the pressure and the speed are properly increased along with the increase of the depth, thick slurry is adopted for protecting a wall in a soil loose layer, the drilling speed and the rotating speed are slowed down, and hole collapse is controlled through slight drilling and slow advancing; and after a guided part or a drill bit completely enters a stratum, drilling can be accelerated.
反循环钻孔灌注扩大头锚杆施工工法,反循环钻孔灌注扩大头锚杆杆体总成先置法步骤如下:埋设护筒→制备泥浆→钻机就位→反循环钻孔钻进、底端进行扩大头钻孔→换浆法清孔→检测→吊装锚杆杆体总成→打开、撑开扩大机构展开锚头→吊装导管→灌注混凝土。泥浆比重指标根据地质情况而定,控制在1.2~1.4。开孔时钻机轻压慢转,随着深度增加而适当增加压力和速度,在土质松散层时采用比较浓的泥浆护壁,且放慢钻进速度和转速,轻钻慢进以控制塌孔;待导向部位或钻头全部进入地层后,方可加速钻进。
