The high-strength soft soil stratum pile foundation comprises a foundation cushion layer located in a bearing soil layer and a pile foundation body located in a soft soil layer; the foundation cushion layer comprises a concrete cushion layer fixedly connected with the pile foundation body, a filler layer wrapping the concrete cushion layer, a tamped soil layer wrapping the filler layer and an affected soil layer wrapping the tamped soil layer; and a foundation reinforcement device is arranged in the tamped soil layer and the filler layer. The pile foundation has the advantages that the foundation cushion layer is formed by reinforcing a multi-layer structure, and the pile foundation body can be kept stable; and the foundation reinforcement device is used for enhancing the toughness and structural strength of the foundation cushion layer, so that the foundation cushion layer has higher bearing strength, and the stability of the pile foundation in the bearing soil layer is further improved.
