Module fabricated shear wall
The invention discloses a module fabricated shear wall. The module fabricated shear wall comprises a first wall body, a second wall body and a shear wall module, wherein the shear wall module comprises a concrete wall body, a strength plate and a first stud; the strength plate is arranged outside the concrete wall body in an outer wrapping manner or is arranged inside the concrete wall body in an embedded manner; the first stud is fixed to the strength plate and is embedded into the concrete wall body; and the module fabricated shear wall further comprises two sets of assembling parts which are arranged on the two sides of the shear wall module respectively, and the first wall body and the second wall body are connected with the shear wall through the corresponding assembling parts respectively. It needs to be explained that the first stud is fixedly arranged in an embedded mode, the meshing force between the strength plate and the concrete wall body can be greatly improved, therefore, the overall connection stability of the strength plate and the concrete wall body is improved, the overall rigidity of the shear wall is improved from the interior and the root, and compared with the prior art, the rigidity of the shear wall is extremely high.
本发明公开了一种模块装配式剪力墙,包括第一墙体、第二墙体以及剪力墙模块:所述剪力墙模块包括混凝土墙体、强度板以及第一栓钉;所述强度板呈外包式设置于所述混凝土墙体外部,或呈内嵌式设置于所述混凝土墙体内部;所述第一栓钉与所述强度板固定,并嵌入所述混凝土墙体内;还包括组装部,所述组装部设置有两组,分别设置在所述剪力墙模块两侧,所述第一墙体以及所述第二墙体分别通过对应的组装部与所述剪力墙连接。需要说明的是,第一栓钉的嵌入式固定设置,能够大幅度地提高强度板与混凝土墙体的咬合力,从而提高强度板与混凝土墙体的整体连接稳定性,从内部、根部提高本剪力墙的整体刚性,与现有技术相比,其刚性极高。
