The invention discloses a double-hole prestressed reinforced concrete laminated slab and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building structural members. According to the double-hole prestressed reinforced concrete laminated slab and the manufacturing method thereof, the bearing energy efficiency can be improved, and overall stress performance is excellent; and meanwhile, construction, transportation and installation can be facilitated, thus labor is saved, and the production efficiency of a prefabricated slab is improved. The manufacturing method of the double-hole prestressed reinforced concrete laminated slab comprises the following steps that prestressed steel bars are tensioned before the prefabricated slab is poured, and after the strength of the prefabricated slab meets the design requirement, the prestressed steel bars are loosened to form a lower-layer prefabricated slab; a plurality of open semicircular holes are formed in the upper surface layer of the lower-layer prefabricated slab, and a closed circular hole is correspondingly formed below each open semicircular hole; and after the lower-layer prefabricated slab is in place on the construction site, reinforcing steel bars of a laminated layer are bound, concrete of the laminated layer is poured, and the concrete is poured into the open semicircular holes to form an engaged shear key for connecting the cast-in-place concrete laminated layer and the lower-layer prefabricated slab, so that the lower-layer prefabricated slab and the laminated layer cooperate together to form the double-hole prestressed reinforced concrete laminated slab.
