The plasticity-enhanced reinforced concrete prefabricated part comprises two groups of bearing plates and a connecting plate connected between the two groups of bearing plates, the two groups of bearing plates comprise a concrete protection layer and at least nine groups of reinforcing steel bars anchored in the concrete protection layer, and two groups of first steel plates are wrapped in the concrete protection layer; grooves are formed in the two groups of the first steel plates, positioning blocks are anchored in the grooves, and the positioning blocks are of a steel block structure; the connecting plate also comprises a concrete protection layer, a second steel plate is anchored in the concrete protection layer, twelve groups of positioning holes are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the second steel plate, the inner diameter of the positioning holes is matched with the outer diameter of the reinforcing steel bars, the two sets of symmetrical positioning holes do not penetrate through each other, and a pouring hole is formed in one side of each positioning hole in a penetrating mode. The reinforced concrete prefabricated part is divided into the bearing plates and the connecting plate and is generated in a combined mode, the formwork manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
