The invention relates to an adjustable scaffold structure and auxiliary equipment for building steel framework installation. The auxiliary equipment for building steel framework installation comprises a swing beam hinged to the side portion of a workbench, a lifting assembly installed on the workbench and connected with the swing beam to enable the swing beam to swing along a hinge point of the swing beam and the workbench, an extension assembly installed on the swing beam and used for conveying a steel structure outwards when the swing beam swings, and an overturning assembly used for fixing the steel structure, wherein the overturning assembly is connected with the extension assembly, so that when the swing beam swings, the extension assembly drives the overturning assembly to extend outwards and rotate at the same time, and when the swing beam is in a vertical state, the steel structure is in a state of being perpendicular to the swing beam. The auxiliary equipment is novel in design, simple in structure and high in practicability.
