The invention provides a supporting structure for preventing a passageway of an automobile ramp from sinking and a construction method thereof. The supporting structure comprises an underground garage and a supporting structure; the underground garage comprises a garage body, a ramp body and the ramp passageway; a protection slope is arranged on the side, away from the garage body, of the ramp body; supporting piles are arranged between the protection slope and the ramp body; the garage body comprises a garage top plate and a garage outer wall; the supporting structure is arranged under the ramp passageway; and the supporting structure comprises a first supporting wall, a second supporting wall and a supporting top plate. According to the supporting structure for preventing the passageway of the automobile ramp from sinking and the construction method thereof, the supporting structure plays a role in supporting the ramp passageway, the transmission mode of an original structure load is changed, and the load of a ramp passageway structure is transmitted to the garage top plate and the supporting piles through the supporting structure and finally transmitted to a foundation, so that the quality problems that the ramp passageway sinks and the structure cracks due to the fact that the backfilled soil of the automobile ramp passageway of the underground garage of a residential building sinks unevenly are effectively solved, and major potential safety hazards existing in the ramp passageway are eliminated.
