本发明提供了一种早强微膨胀超高性能混凝土及其制备方法和应用,属于建筑材料技术领域,包括:脱硫渣25~175份、粉煤灰25~175份、水泥600~905份、硅灰81~124份、砂子852~1200份、减水剂15~26份、钢纤维170~180份和水。本发明通过原材料改性,控制组分组成及各组分的用量,各组分配合作用,使得混凝土具有微膨胀性,且膨胀性能主要在早期释放,在后期趋于稳定,并具有较高的抗压强度。实施例的结果显示,本发明提供的混凝土的3d膨胀率为21.12με、7d膨胀率为61.16με、15d膨胀率为196.17με、28d膨胀率为196.68με,90d抗压强度为100.07MPa。
