The invention discloses dry and hard machine-made sand pavement concrete and a machine-made sand concrete pavement construction process. The machine-made sand pavement concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 290-340 parts of cement; 566 to 665 parts of machine-made sand; 1292 to 1410 parts of stone; 2 to 3.4 parts of an admixture ; and 130 to 163 parts of water for concrete. The admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.02 to 0.1 part of a water retaining agent; 0.01 to 0.05 part of a defoaming agent; 0.1 to 0.5 part of an air entraining agent; and 50-70 parts of admixture water. The machine-made sand airfield pavement concrete water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, the solid content is 40%-45%, and the water reducing rate is 20%-25%. According to the invention, the water reducer is added to obviously enhance the strength of the concrete, so that the concrete has good adaptability, and when the concrete is doped into the concrete, the concrete has an obvious improvement effect on various properties of the concrete under the condition that the same powder is not changed, and the problems of poor workability, large water absorption, difficulty in slurry extraction and consistency loss of the machine-made sand pavement concrete are effectively solved.
