The invention relates to a multifunctional locking device suitable for a bridge and a bridge system. The multifunctional locking device comprises a first fixed seat fixed with a main tower; a movable rod, wherein one end of the movable rod is detachably connected with the first fixed seat; and a second fixed seat which is used for being fixed with a beam body and is detachably connected with the other end of the movable rod; wherein when the beam body is in a temporary constraint working condition, one end of the movable rod is fixed with the first fixed seat, and the other end of the movable rod is fixed with the second fixed seat; when the beam body is in a closure adjusting working condition, the movable rod can move in the longitudinal bridge direction relative to the first fixed seat or the second fixed seat. According to the multifunctional locking device suitable for the bridge and the bridge system, a beam body is changed from the constraint working condition to the closure adjusting working condition, a new adjusting device does not need to be arranged again, and temporary structure arrangement and construction procedures can be effectively reduced.
