The invention discloses a lifting type blocking device and a lifting type blocking control system. The lifting type blocking device comprises two lifting type blocking units and a blocking piece connected between the two lifting type blocking units. The lifting type blocking control system comprises two lifting type blocking control subsystems which are connected with the two lifting type blocking units respectively, and each lifting type blocking control subsystem comprises an MCU module and also comprises a motor driving module, a radio frequency transceiver module, a power supply module, a reset module, a speed adjusting module and a torque adjusting module which are respectively connected with the MCU module. The two MCU modules are in wireless connection through the radio frequency transceiver modules, send and synchronize the operation state of the motors and receive the control instruction of a remote controller. The lifting type blocking control system receives a remote controller instruction and a third-party equipment input control instruction, and controls the blocking piece of the lifting type blocking device to move up and down, so that a management area is blocked or released, and time and labor cost are saved.
