Anti-collision pile
The invention discloses an anti-collision pile which comprises a connecting pile, an inner cylinder, unit cavities, a liquid storage cavity and damping liquid, an inner cavity of the connecting pile is the inner cylinder, the outer wall of the connecting pile is provided with a plurality of unit cavities, each unit cavity is formed by combining a side wall, a longitudinal partition plate, a transverse partition plate and a bottom plate, and dredging hole channels are formed in the longitudinal partition plates and the transverse partition plates. The unit cavities are communicated through dredging hole channels, the inner cylinder is communicated with the unit cavities tightly connected with the inner cylinder through on-way damping hole channels in the inner cylinder, the side wall and the top of the inner cylinder are covered with a cavity cover to form a liquid storage cavity, and the damping liquid is filled in the unit cavities and the liquid storage cavity through the dredging hole channels and the on-way damping hole channels. Impact energy can be dispersed to a large range outside an impact point, other parts of the pile are fully utilized to jointly bear impact loads, and damping liquid can be transferred to participate in dissipation of the impact energy in a larger range. In this way, the overlarge load effect generated by impact on the local part of the pile body is reduced, and meanwhile the buffering and energy dissipation effects are improved.
本发明公开了一种防撞桩,包括连接桩、内筒、单元腔、储液腔和阻尼液,所述连接桩的内部空腔为内筒,连接桩的外壁设置有若干个单元腔,所述单元腔由侧壁、纵隔板、横隔板和底板组合构成,所述纵隔板、横隔板上开有疏导孔道,所述单元腔之间通过疏导孔道相通,所述内筒与紧连内筒的单元腔通过内筒上的沿程阻尼孔道相通,所述侧壁及内筒顶部用腔盖覆盖形成储液腔,所述阻尼液通过疏导孔道、沿程阻尼孔道充填于所述单元腔与储液腔内。本发明可以将撞击能量分散到撞击点以外的较大范围,充分利用桩的其它部分共同承担撞击荷载,可以更大范围调动阻尼液参与耗散撞击能量。这样起到降低撞击对于桩身局部产生过大的荷载作用,同时提高缓冲和耗能效果。
