本发明公开了一种护栏清洁装置，包括智云平台、水箱、动力轮、升降丝杆、摄像头、太阳能板和吸尘电机，清洁装置的底部由两个水箱组成，水箱的底部设置有动力轮，水箱的上端设置有升降丝杆，固定板的上端设置有太阳能板、摄像头和超声波传感器。本发明通过采用喷水刷洗和启动清洗相结合，可以减小用水量和设备体积，同时可以降低冬季清洗风险，采用物联网技术结合水汽、气动清理模式对高速公路栅栏全方位清洗，不仅物联网方面有所创新，最主要集中在清洗模式上，这样不仅免去了拖着繁重的水箱，而且可以全天24小时不断作业，不需要考虑高速公路的运行，以及红外传感器可以有效的预测污染程度，大大的节省了人力物力财力。
