The invention discloses a construction method for a highway cutting slope in a permafrost region. The construction method comprises the steps that a slope top intercepting ditch and temporary drainage facilities around the slope top intercepting ditch are made; a covering layer with a certain thickness is reserved on an excavation side slope, and the excavation side slope is trimmed to a designed slope surface after a normal construction season is reached; a gravel cushion layer is backfilled on the surface of a high-ice-content permafrost slope after earth clearing and forming in a warm season; clay is rammed and filled on the gravel cushion layer, and filling is performed section by section from a high position to a low position; XPS heat preservation plates are laid in the rammed clay layer, and the XPS heat preservation plates are spliced in a single-layer joint staggering mode and are fixed in the clay layer by using U-shaped ground anchors; an arched framework protection layer is laid on the clay layer, planting soil is backfilled in the clay layer, and grass seeds are sown; and a drainage sewer is arranged at the foot of the side slope, and a sewer base is positioned below the foot of the side slope. The characteristics of good heat preservation and water resistance performance of the clay layer, the XPS heat preservation plates and the vegetation are fully achieved, frozen soil degradation caused by temperature rise of permafrost of the side slope is prevented or delayed, secondary diseases such as frost heaving and hot melt collapse of the frozen soil side slope of the highway in the cold region are reduced, and the stability of the side slope is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种多年冻土地区高速公路路堑边坡施工方法，做好坡顶截水沟及四周临时排水设施；挖方边坡预留一定厚度的覆盖层，待到正常施工季节后再修整到设计坡面；暖季清方成型后在高含冰量多年冻土边坡表面回填砂砾垫层；在砂砾垫层上夯填黏土，由高到低逐段填筑；夯填黏土层内铺设XPS保温板，单层错缝拼接，采用U型锚钉固定在黏土层内；黏土层上铺设拱形骨架防护层，内部回填种植土，并撒播草种；边坡坡脚处设排水渗沟，渗沟基底位于边坡边脚以下。本发明充分发挥黏土层、XPS保温板、植被的保温、隔水性好的特点，防止或者延缓边坡多年冻土温度升高而造成冻土退化，减少寒区高速公路冻土边坡冻胀、热融滑塌等次生病害的发生，保证边坡的稳定性。
