The green supporting and conservation device comprises water storage boxes and supporting plates; the water storage boxes are fixed through anchor rods, the water storage boxes and the supporting plates are arranged in a net shape to fix the mixed planting base materials in a partitioned mode to prevent water and soil loss, and meanwhile the rock side and face upward slope is supported; in rainy days, rainwater is primarily filtered and decelerated through the sawtooth face of the front face of the supporting plates, a large amount of impurities in the rainwater are filtered out through diversion of a fish mouth opening, the rainwater enters the water storage boxes, and the rainwater is stored after a small amount of remaining impurities are removed through static settlement of the arc-shaped bottoms of the water storage boxes; when water in the water storage boxes exceed a small-hole water outlet pipe on the inner wall of the water storage boxes, the water enters the supporting plate through a water drainage pipe of the water storage boxes and a water inlet of the supporting plate and then flows to a capillary water outlet; the rainwater is drained through the supporting plate, preliminarily filtered and introduced into the water storage boxes to be deposited and stored; and then water slowly infiltrates into the surface layer, the middle layer and the deep layer of the mixed culture substrate from the capillary water outlets through tubular lines, the volatilization speed of water supplied to the roots of the green plants is slowed down, and the green plant conservation effect is improved.
