The invention relates to a prefabricated prestressed concrete foundation, a container module building and a module building system. A high-column-pier prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete foundation comprises a foundation bearing platform, foundation column piers, pre-embedded steel plates and a plurality of pre-embedded anchor bolts; the foundation column piers are fixedly arranged on the foundation bearing platform; the pre-embedded steel plates are arranged at the top end of the foundation column pier; a plurality of penetrating holes are formed in the pre-embedded steel plates; the pre-embedded anchor bolts are vertically embedded in the foundation column piers; the tops of the pre-embedded anchor bolts upwards penetrate out of the foundation column piers along the penetrating holes; a plurality of prestress holes penetrating through the two sides of the foundation column piers are formed in the bottoms of the foundation column piers; and the container module building and the module building system adopt prefabricated prestressed concrete foundations as foundations. Compared with the prior art, the on-site working time is effectively shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, installation and construction difficulty is lowered, and connection stability of the modular building is further improved.
本发明涉及预制预应力混凝土基础、集装箱模块建筑和模块建筑系统,高柱墩预制预应力钢筋混凝土基础,包括基础承台、基础柱墩、预埋钢板和多个预埋锚栓,基础柱墩固定设于基础承台上,预埋钢板设于基础柱墩的顶端,预埋钢板上开设有多个穿孔,预埋锚栓竖直埋设于基础柱墩内,预埋锚栓的顶部沿穿孔向上穿出基础柱墩,基础柱墩的底部开设有贯穿基础柱墩两侧的多个预应力孔,集装箱模块建筑和模块建筑系统采用预制预应力混凝土基础作为基础。与现有技术相比,本发明有效减少现场工作时间,提高施工效率,并且降低安装、施工难度,进一步提高模块化建筑的连接稳定性。
