The invention discloses a photovoltaic power generation support pile horizontal bearing capacity detection device. The detection device comprises an anchoring structure anchored into soil by a certain depth, a bearing support structure, a ballast assembly and a jack bracket assembly, the anchoring structure comprises a vertical baffle plate for providing a certain counter force during a horizontal test and a spiral fixing assembly, and the spiral fixing assembly is located at the side part of the vertical baffle plate; the jack bracket assembly comprises a locking plate and a bearing plate vertically connected with the locking plate, and a jack is arranged on the bearing plate; and the spiral fixing assembly is anchored into soil, the vertical baffle plate is fixedly connected with the bearing support structure, and the locking plate is fixed to the side portion of the bearing support structure. A test is conducted at a designed and required elevation above the ground, the accurate horizontal bearing capacity of a support pile is directly obtained, errors caused by conversion of test data on the ground are avoided, and the test precision is improved; and the vertical baffle plate is adopted to solve the problem of difficulty in providing counterforce of the horizontal test.
