The invention provides a spray gun type biodegradable split closestool which comprises a bottom base barrel and a top base barrel which are of a split structure; the top base barrel serves as a water storage tank and is provided with a water injection opening, the bottom base barrel serves as a black water tank, the bottom base barrel and the top base barrel are used in a combined mode and are connected through a pull-out type sealing valve, a water spray gun is installed on the top base barrel, clear water is injected into the top base barrel, and a water-soluble microbial agent block is added into the water; and a small amount of clear water is added into the bottom base barrel, and a microbial glycolysis agent, a carbonized carrier and a liquid curing agent are added into the bottom base barrel. According to the split type closestool, flushing is more convenient, the flushing effect is better, peculiar smell can be eliminated in a limited mode, the structure is simpler, and assembling and disassembling are more convenient.
