The invention discloses a heavy wood structure floor system capable of being rapidly assembled. The floor system comprises a wood structure floor slab and a concrete surface layer poured on the wood structure floor slab; the wood structure floor slab is formed by tightly attaching and splicing a plurality of single wood boards; and the spliced wood boards are connected into an integral structure through a plurality of wood pins or bamboo pins. According to the heavy wood structure floor system capable of being rapidly assembled, the single wood boards are connected through the wood pins or the bamboo pins, so that the rigidity of the spliced wood structure floor slab is obviously improved compared with the rigidity of the single wood board, larger span crossing can be achieved, secondary mechanical cutting machining can be conducted on the floor slab spliced into the whole structure at will, and site construction requirements are met more easily; and after the whole floor system is formed into a whole, wood laths are changed from three-side explosion fire to one-side explosion fire, so that the fire endurance of the whole wood laths on the lower side is remarkably improved compared with the fire endurance of a single wood lath, the fireproof requirement can be met through wood surface carbonization, and in addition, and a concrete surface layer can play a role in isolating smoke, preventing flame from spreading to the upper layer and playing a role in fire prevention.
本发明公开了一种可快速装配的重型木结构楼盖,包括木结构楼板以及在木结构楼板上方浇筑的混凝土面层,所述木结构楼板由若干单块的木板紧密贴合拼接而成,并通过若干木销或竹销将拼接的木板连接为整体结构。本发明通过采用木销或竹销来连接单块的木板,拼接后的木结构楼板较单块木板刚度明显提升,可实现更大的跨度跨越,而且可任意对拼接为整体结构的楼板进行二次机械切割加工,更易于现场的施工要求;此外,整个楼盖形成一个整体后,木板条由三面暴火变成一面暴火,下侧整块木板较单块木板条的耐火极限有显著提高,可以通过木材表面碳化实现防火要求,另外混凝土面层可以起到隔离烟气,防止火焰蔓延至上一层,起到防火的作用。
