The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel light external wall panel. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) a steel mold is erected and assembled; (2) steel bars, a steel framework and embedded parts are fixed into the steel mold; (3) a vitrified microbead ceramsite concrete raw material is prepared; (4) the raw materials are added into the same stirrer, and then are stirred to obtain the vitrified microbead ceramsite concrete; (5) the vitrified microbead ceramsite concrete in the steel mold is distributed for the first time, and the vitrified microbead ceramsite concrete is vibrated for the first time; (6) the vitrified microbead ceramsite concrete in the steel mold is distributed for the second time, and the vitrified microbead ceramsite concrete is vibrated for the second time; (7) plastering treatment is performed; (8) curing is performed; (9) demoulding is performed; and (10) surface coating treatment is performed. According to the preparation method, the process steps are greatly simplified, time and labor are saved, the cost is saved, and the prepared novel light external wall panel is good in use performance and low in difference; compared with a traditional panel, the novel light external wall panel is lighter, better in heat preservation effect, excellent in physical performance and weather resistance and low in water absorption; and the service life is effectively prolonged.
