The invention provides a hydraulic splitting and blasting combined construction method for a side slope surface. The method comprises the following steps that existing turquoise, scum and sundries on the side slope surface are removed; a plurality of shot holes are drilled and tapped in the slope surface of a side slope; rocks around the shot holes are split by using a hydraulic splitting machine; explosives and electronic detonators are loaded into the shot holes one by one, and the electronic detonators are connected with a controller through detonating cords; igniting and detonating are carried out; checking is carried out after explosion; and blasting slag are dug and transported. According to the hydraulic splitting and blasting combined construction method, the hydraulic splitting machine is adopted to split hard rocks in advance, splitting time is short, construction process time is shortened, due to the fact that soil and rocks on the surface layer of the side slope after splitting are loosened, the use amount of explosives is reduced, then blasting excavation is conducted on the deep layer of the side slope through a blasting construction method, and blasting points are arranged in a honeycomb net form, so that omission can be reduced, the whole slope surface blasting is smooth and uniform, the comminuted damage phenomenon of the outline surface after blasting is basically eliminated, harmful energy is reduced, and the energy utilization rate of explosives is improved in general.
本发明提供一种边坡坡面液压劈裂爆破联合施工方法,包括以下步骤:清除边坡坡面上现存的松石、浮渣及杂物;在边坡坡面上钻攻多个炮眼;使用液压劈裂机劈裂炮眼周边岩石;逐一地向炮眼内装入炸药和电子雷管,并且使电子雷管通过导爆索连接控制器;点火起爆;爆后检查;爆渣挖运。采用本发明的技术方案,采用液压劈裂机预先劈裂坚硬的岩石,劈裂耗时短,缩短了施工工艺时间,由于经过劈裂后的边坡表层土石松动,减少了炸药用量,而后再通过爆破施工方法对边坡深层进行爆破挖掘,通过将爆破点设置为蜂窝网状形式,能够减少遗漏,使整个边坡坡面爆破平整、均匀,基本消除爆后轮廓面粉碎性破坏现象,降低有害能,总体提高炸药能量利用率。
