The invention aims to provide the high-performance concrete glue reducing agent which has good adaptability to various types of cement, can reduce the cement consumption by 8.0-15.0% during concrete preparation, and does not influence the early and later strength of hardened concrete. In addition, under the condition that the cement consumption is reduced, the workability and the pumpability of a concrete mixture are improved, and the economic benefits of commercial concrete are effectively improved.
