Sludge curing material based on cement-based carbon dioxide foam as well as sludge curing method and application thereof
The invention provides a sludge curing material based on cement-based carbon dioxide foam. The sludge curing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 23-37% of sludge, 30-41% of fly ash and 31-36% of cement-based carbon dioxide foam, wherein 31%-36% of the cement-based carbon dioxide foam is prepared from 20%-25% of cement, 0.7%-0.9% of a foaming agent, 0.85%-0.95% of a foam stabilizer and 8%-12% of water. The invention further discloses a sludge curing method and application. Source substances which cause two environmental problems at present, namely carbon dioxide greenhouse gas and dredged sediment in lakes and oceans, are fully utilized, the foaming agent and the foam stabilizer are creatively utilized to form foam from carbon dioxide, the foam, cement and fly ash form composite slurry, the composite slurry serves as a curing agent, and the dredged sludge is solidified by using the curing agent.
