Light energy-saving tundish permanent layer foaming castable and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of unshaped refractory materials, and particularly relates to a light energy-saving tundish permanent layer foaming castable and a preparation method thereof. The light energy-saving tundish permanent layer foaming castable comprises light mullite aggregate, aluminum oxide fine powder, silica powder, aluminum oxide hollow balls, mullite fibers, explosion-proof fibers, calcium aluminate cement, a water reducing agent, a dispersing agent and a foaming accelerant which are in grain composition, and liquid raw materials are water, silica sol and a foaming agent. According to the method, the light aggregate and hollow balls are adopted, foaming technology is combined, the volume density of the prepared foaming castable is only 1.0-1.4 g/cm < 3 > and is about half of the volume density (2.0-2.8 g/cm < 3 >) of a traditional low-cement self-flowing castable, and when the foaming castable is used as a tundish permanent layer, the foaming castable is light and energy-saving, the use amount of materials with the same volume is reduced by half, and the preparation cost is greatly reduced.
