The invention relates to a graded machine-made rock block-soil roadbed cushion layer and a preparation method. The base cushion layer comprises a machine-made stone block cushion layer, a subbase layer, a base layer and a surface layer, the machine-made stone block cushion layer is located on a roadbed, and the subbase layer is arranged between the machine-made stone block cushion layer and the base layer; and the base layer is arranged between the subbase layer and the surface layer, the surface layer is located on the base layer, and the machine-made stone cushion layer comprises regular rectangular stones. According to the invention, the machine-made stone cushion layer is adopted to replace a conventional multi-layer composite cushion layer. The machine-made stone block cushion layer is made of regular rectangular stone blocks which are consistent in size and shape and a certain proportion of stone powder fiber foam concrete, the regular rectangular stone blocks are directly and mutually overlapped in a staggered mode, a certain gap is reserved among the regular rectangular stone blocks, good compressive strength and water permeability are guaranteed, and the effects of evenly transmitting loads and absorbing energy and buffering are achieved. The whole machine-made stone cushion layer is of an integral layer body structure and is completely composed of the same kind of stone, rapid paving and compacting can be achieved, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the rapid construction effect is achieved.
本发明涉及一种级配机制块石‑土路基垫层及制备方法,基垫层包括机制石块垫层、底基层、基层和面层,机制石块垫层位于路基之上,底基层设置于机制石块垫层和基层之间;基层设置于底基层和所述面层之间,面层位于基层之上,机制石块垫层包括规则矩形石块。本发明通过采用机制石块垫层代替以往的多层复合式垫层。机制石块垫层由尺寸形状一致的规则矩形石块与一定比例的石粉纤维泡沫混凝料制成,规则矩形石块直接相互交错搭接,其间留有一定的空隙,保证了良好的抗压强度和透水性能,起到均匀传递荷载和吸能缓冲作用。整个机制石块垫层为一个整体性层体结构,全部由同一种石料构成,能够做到迅速摊铺压实,极大的缩短了工期,达到快速施工效果。
