The invention discloses an asphalt pavement with low-noise and anti-skid functions. The pavement is prepare by the following steps: firstly, adding a phase change layer outside porous ceramic, growing copper oxide on the phase change layer, enabling the copper oxide, zinc oxide and nano titanium dioxide to have a synergistic effect to jointly form a metal layer so as to form modified ceramic, and placing the modified ceramic in an asphalt mixing layer to be mixed; placing composite microspheres in anti-corrosion slurry, and covering a metal net to obtain an anti-corrosion metal net; and alternately laying the asphalt mixing layer and the anti-corrosion metal net on the base body to obtain the low-noise and anti-skid asphalt pavement. According to the asphalt pavement with the low-noise and anti-sliding functions and a preparation method of the asphalt pavement, the prepared asphalt pavement not only has excellent compressive strength and dynamic stability, but also has certain capabilities of heat insulation, low noise, corrosion resistance, sliding resistance, self-cleaning and tail gas degradation, and has relatively high practicability.
