Ultra-wide combined bridge deck slab structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an ultra-wide combined bridge deck slab structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises first-stage deck slabs and a second-stage deck slab which are constructed in a framing mode; each of the first-stage deck slab and the second-stage deck slab comprises a steel bottom plate, a perforated steel plate and a concrete cast-in-place plate; the steel bottom plate is a prefabricated part prefabricated in a factory; a concrete cast-in-place slab is poured on the steel bottom plate; the concrete cast-in-place plate and the steel bottom plate form a laminated component through the perforated steel plate; and the first-stage deck slabs and the second-stage deck slab are connected through a concrete post-cast strip. The construction method comprises the following steps:1, building first-stage newly-built bridges comprising first-stage deck slabs on the two sides of an old bridge; 2, dismantling the old bridge by using the first-stage newly-built bridges as a construction site; and 3, newly building a second-stage newly-built bridge comprising the second-stage deck slab at the position of the old bridge, and connecting the second-stage newly-built bridge with the built first-stage deck slabs on the two sides. Only hoisting construction of a truck crane is needed in construction, the erecting speed is high, construction is convenient, and better social and economic benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了超宽组合桥面板构造及其施工方法,包括采用分幅施工建造的第一阶段面板和第二阶段面板;第一阶段面板和第二阶段面板均包括钢底板、开孔钢板和混凝土现浇板;钢底板是在工厂预制的预制件;钢底板上浇筑混凝土现浇板;混凝土现浇板和钢底板通过开孔钢板形成叠合构件;第一阶段面板和第二阶段面板之间通过混凝土后浇带连接。施工时,1、在老桥两侧建造包括第一阶段面板的第一阶段新建桥梁;2、利用第一阶段新建桥梁作为施工场地拆除老桥;3、在老桥位置再新建包括第二阶段面板的第二阶段新建桥梁,并与两侧已建成的第一阶段面板连接。本发明施工仅需要汽车吊吊装施工,架设速度快,施工方便,达到了更好的社会和经济效益。
