The invention discloses a multifunctional ecological seawall system which is mainly applied to a shallow bay and comprises an ecological seawall main body, a vegetation community zone, a biological reef area, a seaweed field and an ecological submerged dike which are sequentially arranged from land to sea. The invention provides a multifunctional ecological seawall system which is suitable for a seawall ecological construction project which is seriously impacted and eroded by sea waves and lacks seawall protection. By ecologically transforming the structure and the material of the seawall body, the complexity of the habitat can be effectively increased, and the diversity of marine organisms is improved. The artificial ecological reef body and the seaweed field not only can improve the water quality, but also can provide habitats for various marine organisms such as fishes, crustaceans and benthic invertebrates due to the complex space structure of the artificial ecological reef body and the seaweed field. In addition, the ecological submerged embankment serves as a primary disaster reduction strategy of the whole system, and ecological and disaster reduction synergistic interaction is achieved.
