Provided are a precast concrete foundation block and a joining structure thereof. The position of a screwed flange can be freely adjusted relative to joint main reinforcements, and a desired positional relationship between a hollow joining part for connecting the left and right joint main reinforcements and the screwed flange can be easily formed. The precast concrete foundation block (10) forms an upright part of a foundation, a part of both an upper end rib (11) and a vertical rib (13) which extend in the extending arrangement direction of the foundation are embedded in concrete (5), and a first sunken part (17) is arranged at a position, corresponding to the upper end rib, in an end part (16) in the extending arrangement direction of the precast concrete foundation block (10); and in concrete (15), one end of the joint main reinforcement (20) overlapped with the upper end rib at the overlap joint length protrudes toward the first sunken part (17), a threaded groove (21) is formed in one end of the joint main reinforcement (20), and the screwed flange (30) is screwed with the threaded groove (21).
