The device at least comprises an electric driving device (1), an upper gland (2), a lower shell (3), a device shell (5), a control circuit and a power supply; the electric driving device (1) is arranged in a floor drain shell or a sewer line below the floor drain shell; the electric driving device (1) is connected with the upper gland (2); the lower part of the upper gland (1) is provided with movable cutters (4) which are spaced at a preset distance; the lower shell (3) is mounted on the upper surface of the floor drain shell or inside the floor drain shell and is used for preventing large-size hair from entering into the sewer line; the upper gland (2) is driven by the electric driving device (1) to reciprocate up and down, so that the movable cutters (4) on the upper gland (2) are matched with a shearing component on the lower shell (3) to complete shearing action, and the hair on the lower shell (3) is cut or crushed; and the control circuit is used for controlling the electric driving device (1) according to a signal acquired by a sensor. The embedded press-cutting type floor drain cleaning device is simple in structure and convenient to install and maintain.
