Deep soft rock roadway side wall grouting reinforcement material
The invention relates to a deep soft rock roadway side wall grouting reinforcement material which is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50%-80% of 425 Portland cement, 10%-30% of mineral powder particles, 5%-25% of fly ash, 0.1%-0.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.5%-2% of an expanding agent and 1%-10% of anhydrous sodium sulphate, and drying the mixture until the water content is lower than 0.5%. The grouting reinforcement material is safe and low in cost; the obtained grouting reinforcement material has the characteristics of high fluidity and high early strength; and the surface displacement of two sides of a roadway can be effectively controlled after grouting, so that the large deformation of the deep soft rock roadway is effectively restrained, and the repair rate of the roadway is remarkably reduced.
本发明涉及一种深部软岩巷道边帮注浆加固料,该注浆加固料由下述质量百分比的原料混合均匀后,经烘干至含水率低于0.5%制得:425硅酸盐水泥50%~80%,矿粉微粒10%~30%,粉煤灰5%~25%,减水剂0.1%~0.5%,膨胀剂0.5%~2%,元明粉1%~10%。本发明安全、成本低,所得的注浆加固料具备高流动性、早期强度高的特点,注浆后能够有效控制巷道两帮的表面位移,进而有效约束深部软岩巷道大变形,并显著降低巷道的返修率。
