The invention discloses a high-strength mixed guniting material based on high-mixing-amount fly ash and an application method of the high-strength mixed guniting material. The guniting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60-75 parts of fly ash, 20-25 parts of cement, 2-3.75 parts of a composite alkali activator, 0.5-0.9 part of a water reducing agent and 0.2-0.5 part of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, wherein the water-cement ratio is 0.5-0.7. The method comprises the following steps: mixing fly ash, cement and an additive in proportion, conveying the mixture into a receiving tank behind a rock roadway driving working face by adopting a long-distance pneumatic conveying system, mixing the mixed raw materials with water at a spray gun head through a discharge pipe under the action of compressed air, and forming a high-speed slurry jet flow under the action of compressed air, in the spraying process, adjusting the flow of main compressed air, auxiliary compressed air and water, and controlling the jet flow of the slurry, so as to achieve precise construction. The solid waste fly ash is used as a main material, the use amount of sand is greatly reduced, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the fly ash is chemically activated at normal temperature, so that the performance of the fly ash guniting material is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于高掺量粉煤灰的高强度混合喷浆材料及其应用方法,该喷浆材料由以下质量份的原料制成:粉煤灰60~75份,水泥20~25份,复合碱激发剂2~3.75份,减水剂0.5~0.9份,羟乙基甲基纤维素0.2~0.5份,水灰比为0.5~0.7。将粉煤灰、水泥和外加剂按比例混合后,采用远距离气力输送系统输送至岩巷掘进工作面后方的受料罐中,混合原料在压风的作用下,通过卸料管在喷射枪头与水混合,在压风作用下形成高速泥浆射流,在喷射过程中通过调整主压风、辅助压风和水的流量,控制泥浆的射流,实现精准施工。本发明以固废粉煤灰作为主料,大大减少了砂子的用量,降低了生产成本,同时粉煤灰通过常温化学活化,改善了粉煤灰喷浆材料的性能。
