Method for improving ionic conductivity of sodium-based solid electrolyte
The invention discloses a method for improving the ionic conductivity of a sodium-based solid electrolyte. The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out ball milling on sodium carbonate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, silicon dioxide, zirconium dioxide and magnesium oxide according to a required stoichiometric ratio; 2, drying the ball-milled mixture until the absolute ethyl alcohol is completely volatilized; 3, grinding the dried powder, and calcining to obtain precursor powder; 4, adding a sintering aid into the calcined precursor powder, and carrying out ball milling; 5, drying the ball-milled mixture until the absolute ethyl alcohol is completely volatilized; 6, placing the dried powder into a tablet press to be pressed; and 7, calcining the pressed wafer, so as to obtain the Na3Zr2Si2PO12 solid electrolyte sheet with improved ionic conductivity. According to the method, the sintering aid Bi2O3 and magnesium ions are co-doped with the Na3Zr2Si2PO12 solid electrolyte, so that the ionic conductivity can be remarkably improved.
