The technology comprises the following steps that a construction site is selected, staking-out survey is conducted on a pile position, marking is conducted, and a marked pile position is obtained; a high-pressure jet grouting pile is adopted for sinking, cutting and stirring downwards in the marked pile position according to the first preset depth and the preset soil layer condition, cement slurry is sprayed at high pressure, and cement slurry is formed; and the prestressed concrete pile is pressed into the preset elevation of the marked pile position in a static pressure or prestressed concrete pile hammering mode. According to the construction technology for the high-jet grouting body built-in prestressed concrete pile, the outer side resistance and the pile end resistance of the pile can be reinforced through process improvement by utilizing the characteristic of high strength of the prestressed concrete pile, so that the bearing capacity of the pile can play a more obvious role; the construction technology has the advantages that the construction cost is reduced, the dust control standard is met, the construction period is shortened, and the quality is reliable.
