The invention discloses a screw type grouting anchor rod structure and a using method thereof. The screw type grouting anchor rod structure comprises a drill bit, a drill rod, a steel strand, a spring limiting stopper and an open-close type grouting structure. According to the screw type grouting anchor rod structure and the using method thereof, an anchor rod body is driven into a soil body through a drill hole in a construction working face, the steel strand penetrating through the spring limiting stopper penetrates into the anchor rod body, the spring limiting stopper is fixed to the rock-soil body, the drill bit and the drill rod are unscrewed, a grouting structure outside the drill bit is opened through high-pressure grouting, the drill bit and the drill rod are unscrewed, and grouting is conducted while the drill rod is removed till grouting is completed.
