The leakage plugging structure comprises a primary water stopping space located on the lower portion and a secondary water stopping space located on the upper portion, the primary water stopping space is of a primary water stopping structure formed by injecting a polyurethane foaming filling layer into a foundation slab post-cast strip construction joint leakage gap; the secondary water stop space is of a secondary water stop structure formed by arranging a U-shaped groove anti-seepage structure layer on the primary water stop space, during construction, a seepage point is determined, a hole is punched along a seepage gap to install a grouting pipe head, the primary water stop space of the polyurethane foaming filling layer is formed in the seepage gap, after grouting is completed, observation is carried out for 8-15 days, after no seepage exists, a grouting groove hole is repaired, after construction of a coiled material waterproof layer is completed, surface layer garbage is cleared away, an isolation layer and a concrete protection layer are constructed from bottom to top, construction of the U-shaped groove anti-seepage structure layer is completed, and the secondary water stop space is formed.
