The system comprises a room body, a roof, a solar panel, a storage battery, an intelligent adjusting mechanism, a pneumatic circulating mechanism and a temperature control mechanism, wherein the room body is fixedly connected with the roof, the solar panel is arranged on the upper surface of the roof, the storage battery is arranged in the roof, the solar panel is electrically connected with the storage battery through a wire, the intelligent adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the room body, the pneumatic circulating mechanism is fixedly connected to the side wall of the roof, and the temperature control mechanism is arranged in the roof. The building system has the advantages of being capable of automatically adjust the indoor temperature according to the outdoor temperature, the intelligent degree is higher, meanwhile, solar energy and wind energy can be more effectively utilized, the energy consumption is lower, substances destructive to the atmosphere do not need to be used in the refrigerating and heating process, and the building system is more environmentally friendly.
