本发明提供了一种墙体结构及墙体施工方法，采用的方案是：包括基层墙体和复合保温板，所述基层墙体的外侧设置有若干块复合保温板，所述复合保温板上设置有连接件，所述连接件穿过复合保温板并将复合保温板与基层墙体连接在一起；所述复合保温板包括保温板基体和外增强层，所述外增强层位于保温板基体的外侧；所述墙体结构在复合保温板之外不具有现场施工的厚抹灰层，施工时利用高精度外模板支护，与复合保温板配合，复合保温板件基本无缝配合，省去了厚抹灰层，直接在复合保温板外侧刮涂饰面涂料即可，解决了现有墙体需要在保温板外侧进行厚抹灰层施工的问题。
