The invention relates to a beam box type welding integral joint structure and a construction method thereof. The beam box type welding integral joint structure comprises a web plate set and a flange plate set, wherein the web plate set comprises two web plates which are oppositely arranged in parallel, the web plate set comprises a web member part and a chord member part which are arranged in an included angle mode, the height of the web member part and the height of the chord member part are the smallest at the joint of the web member part and the chord member part, the flange plate set comprises two flange plates which are oppositely arranged, the flange plate set is located between the two web plates and connected with the web plates, the flange plates are arranged along the side length of the web plates, the flange plate set comprises a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, and the distance between the two flange plates at the first end is smaller than the distance between the two flange plates at the second end. According to the beam box type welding integral joint structure , due to the fact that the beam box type welding integral joint structure has the characteristic that the size of the core area is small, a compact joint with a smaller joint rigidity domain is formed, and the bending moment secondary internal force of a rod piece is reduced; and in addition, the construction method is simple in step, easy to operate and suitable for application and popularization.
本发明涉及一种梁箱型焊接整体节点的结构及其施工方法。所述梁箱型焊接整体节点的结构包括腹板组和翼缘板组,腹板组包括两块相对且平行设置的腹板,腹板组包括呈夹角设置的腹杆部和弦杆部,腹杆部的高度和弦杆部的高度在彼此的连接处最小;翼缘板组包括两块相对设置的翼缘板,翼缘板组位于两块腹板之间并与腹板连接,翼缘板沿腹板的边长设置,翼缘板组包括相对设置的第一端和第二端,两块翼缘板在第一端的距离小于两块翼缘板在第二端的距离。上述梁箱型焊接整体节点的结构由于具有核心区尺寸较小的特点,从而形成了节点刚性域更小的紧凑型节点,降低了杆件的弯矩次内力。此外,上述施工方法步骤简单、操作容易,适于推广应用。
