The invention discloses a self-climbing operation platform in a vertical shaft. The self-climbing operation platform in the vertical shaft comprises an upper steel structure, a lower steel structure and a jacking oil cylinder, the upper steel structure and the lower steel structure are arranged up and down, the jacking oil cylinder is located between the upper steel structure and the lower steel structure, and a cylinder body and a piston rod of the jacking oil cylinder are connected with the upper steel structure and the lower steel structure respectively; and each of the upper steel structure and the lower steel structure is provided with at least two telescopic supporting legs, and any telescopic supporting leg can protrude out of the edge of the upper steel structure or the edge of the lower steel structure in the horizontal direction to be clamped into a reserved hole in a hoistway after extending. The self-climbing operation platform is not provided with a guide rail in the whole hoistway, can effectively assist in construction operation, can adapt to construction of hoistways with different cross sections, and is very wide in applicability; and the operation is simple and convenient, the telescopic supporting legs and the reserved holes in the hoistway are clamped and fixed, the stability is good, and safety and reliability are achieved.
