The invention provides laying layer shoveling equipment used for shoveling a laying layer laid on a base surface. The laying layer shoveling equipment comprises a machine body, a driving unit arranged on the machine body and a plurality of shovel blades driven by the driving unit, wherein the driving unit is provided with a driving shaft which is arranged vertical to the laying layer; a knife rest mechanism is arranged on the driving shaft; and scraper knife ring driving shafts are arranged at the bottom of the knife rest mechanism at intervals. The knife rest mechanism is driven by the driving shaft to rotate and drives each scraper knife to rotate around the driving shaft so as to shovel and cut the laying layer. The laying layer shoveling equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that the rotary knife rest mechanism is used, and the scraper knives are arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the knife rest mechanism, so that the knife rest mechanism drives all the scraper knives to do rotary tangential motion so as to form shoveling of the laying layer; and the effect that the laying layer can be cleanly shoveled easily is achieved; and in addition, the laying layer can give counter-acting force to the scraper knives, so that the power for assisting the equipment in advancing can be formed, and the equipment is convenient to operate and is suitable for clearing construction operation of the laying layer.
