The invention relates to the field of fresh air ventilators, and particularly relates to a modular fresh air ventilator and a house. The modular fresh air ventilator comprises at least two functional box bodies, wherein the functional box bodies can be assembled to form the fresh air ventilator; the adjacent box bodies communicate with each other through correspondingly formed air guide openings to form a fresh air passage; and a fresh air inlet and a fresh air outlet are separately formed in the box bodies at the starting end and the tail end of the fresh air passage. The adjacent box bodies are assembled through a connecting rod assembly; the connecting rod assembly comprises a connecting rod and a threaded connecting piece; the connecting rod can penetrate through shells of the adjacent box bodies and separately extends into the two adjacent box bodies; at least two connecting holes which are separately positioned in the two adjacent box bodies are formed in two ends of the connecting rod; and the threaded connecting piece can penetrate through holes, which correspond to the connecting holes, in the box bodies and is assembled on the connecting holes. The fresh air ventilator is divided into a plurality of functional modules which can be assembled and matched, and the functional modules are separately prepared, so that the production cost is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
