The invention discloses an environment-friendly solid waste resource utilization method which comprises the following steps: step (S1), solid waste incineration treatment: step (S11), collecting and putting solid waste into an incinerator for incineration, so as to obtain slag, incinerator waste gas, fly ash and steam after incineration; and step (S12), performing dust removal and purification treatment on the waste gas, discharging the waste gas after the waste gas reaches the emission standard, and collecting residues after the waste gas purification treatment. Through preheating treatment and rotary kiln firing, dioxin emission is reduced through firing at the high temperature of 1400 DEG C or above in the rotary kiln and in the alkaline atmosphere of cement raw materials, slag, residues and heavy metal particles can become molten glass at the high temperature, and the molten glass can be made into cement clinker after being quenched. The slag and residues can be effectively recycled, heavy metal particles can be effectively removed, emission of dioxin is reduced, and the purposes of environmental protection and resource utilization are achieved.
本发明公开了一种环保固体废物资源化利用方法,包括以下步骤:步骤(S1)、固体废物焚烧处理,包括以下步骤:步骤(S11)、收集固体废物并投放至焚烧炉进行焚烧,焚烧后获得炉渣、焚烧炉废气、飞灰以及蒸汽;步骤(S12)、对废气进行除尘以及净化处理达到排放标准后排放,并收集废气净化处理后的残余物。本发明通过预加热处理以及回转窑烧制,在回转窑1400℃以上的高温及水泥原料的碱性氛围中烧制降低了二恶英的排放,炉渣以及残余物的残渣和重金属颗粒物在高温下会成为融玻璃体,急冷后可制成水泥熟料,不仅能够有效的回收利用炉渣以及残余物,而且能够有效的除去重金属颗粒物以及减少二恶英的排放,达到环保以及资源化利用的目的。
