A surface layer of the double-layer ecological granite plate comprises the following materials in percentage by mass: 30-35% of white cement with the mark number of 525, 30-40% of needle-like wollastonite, 5-10% of dolomite processing waste, 1-3% of rosin-polyoxyethylene succinic acid monoester sodium sulfonate, 0.1-0.5% of iron black, 0.1-0.5% of iron yellow and the balance of granite processing waste with the granularity of 40-80 meshes; and a bottom layer is prepared from the following materials in percentage by mass: 15%-25% of white cement with the mark number of 525, 5%-15% of needle-like wollastonite, 30%-40% of granite processing waste materials with the size of 10-40 meshes, 0.1%-0.5% of iron black, 1%-6% of rosin-polyoxyethylene succinic acid monoester sodium sulfonate and the balance of dolomite processing waste materials. The plate is high in Moh's hardness, resistant to fracture and wear, resistant to freezing and low in cost, and resource utilization of a large amount of solid waste can be achieved.
