The embodiment of the invention is suitable for the technical field of building materials, and provides anti-crack pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-crack pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of cement, 7 parts of water seepage filler, 0.4 part of reinforced fiber, 90 parts of recycled aggregate, 20 parts of water, 3 parts of a water reducing agent, 3.5 parts of welan gum, 2.5 parts of a thickening agent, 11 parts of isopropanolamine and 4 parts of modified siloxane. The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-crack pervious concrete, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the cement, a water infiltration filler, reinforced fibers, recycled aggregate and water in parts by weight, putting the weighed materials into a mixing tank, and uniformly conducting stirring; and then weighing a water reducing agent, welan gum, a thickening agent, isopropanolamine and modified siloxane in parts by weight, and uniformly conducting mixing to obtain the anti-crack pervious concrete. The anti-crack pervious concrete provided by the embodiment of the invention effectively solves the problems that the existing pervious concrete is relatively low in self strength and cannot meet the use requirements of high strength and quick water permeability at the same time.
