Zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide ceramic plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide ceramic plate and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic materials. The ceramic plate consists of the following components in parts by weight: 50-99.5 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 0-45 parts of zirconium oxide, 0-20 parts of a sintering aid, 30-60 parts of an organic solvent, 0.5-5 parts of a dispersant, and 0.5-20 parts of a mixture of a binder and a plasticizer. According to the invention, by controlling a laminated ceramic composite material to be composed of aluminum oxide reinforced by zirconium oxide with different doping amounts and a laminated composition mode thereof, the bending strength and thermal conductivity of the ceramic substrate are improved, and meanwhile, the substrate can have good compatibility with a hydrophilic circuit working layer; and furthermore, through a tape casting lamination method, the working layer is designed to be a material layer of a hydrophilic circuit, the adhesiveness between the substrate and the circuit is improved, the circuit bonding strength of the ceramic substrate and a copper-clad layer is improved, the treatment process that a transition layer needs to be made before copper cladding of a traditional substrate is omitted, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种氧化锆增韧氧化铝陶瓷板及其制备方法,涉及陶瓷材料技术领域。该陶瓷板由以下重量份组分组成:氧化铝粉体50~99.5份,氧化锆0~45份、烧结助剂0~20份,有机溶剂30~60份;分散剂0.5~5份,粘结剂与增塑剂的混合物0.5~20份。本发明通过控制叠层陶瓷复合材料由不同掺量的氧化锆增强的氧化铝及其叠层组成方式,提高陶瓷基板抗弯强度和热导率,同时使基板能够和亲电路工作层具有良好的相容性能;进一步地,通过流延叠层的方法,将工作层设计为亲电路的材料层,改善基板与电路之间的附着性,提高陶瓷基板与覆铜层电路结合强度,减少了传统基板在覆铜前要做一个过渡层处理工艺,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
