The invention relates to an intelligent cone barrel based on V2X. The intelligent cone barrel comprises a cone barrel body, a positioning module, a V2X communication module and a controller, wherein the positioning module, the V2X communication module and the controller are arranged in the cone barrel body. Wherein the controller is respectively connected with the positioning module and the V2X communication module; the positioning module is used for positioning the current position of the conical barrel and sending the position information to the controller; and the controller is used for controlling the V2X communication module to distribute the position information to the V2X communication terminals of surrounding vehicles, the road side V2X communication equipment, the constructor communication equipment and the network terminal. The surrounding vehicles can cooperate with the automatic driving function and the emergency obstacle avoidance function of the vehicle according to the received information to realize active obstacle avoidance of the vehicle. A constructor can obtain the state of the intelligent cone barrel in real time according to the received information, so that maintenance management and urgent danger avoiding of the intelligent cone barrel are facilitated. The network terminal can realize real-time distribution of road traffic information of the construction area according to the received information, so that travelers can plan routes in advance, and road congestion is avoided.
