The construction laying work vehicle comprises a construction laying work vehicle underframe, a fine granular material laying device and a blocky material laying device, wherein the construction laying work vehicle underframe is arranged on a transportation track of the geomembrane laying system in a sliding mode, and a geomembrane winding drum installation station is arranged on the construction laying work vehicle underframe; the fine granular material laying device is installed on the construction laying work vehicle underframe, the fine granular material laying device is in butt joint with a feeding vehicle of the geomembrane laying system, and fine granular materials which are conveyed by the feeding vehicle are laid on a to-be-laid working face; and the blocky material laying device is installed on the construction laying work vehicle underframe, the blocky material laying device is in butt joint with the feeding vehicle, and blocky materials which are conveyed by the feeding vehicle are laid on the to-be-laid working face. According to the construction laying work vehicle, the labor cost of geomembrane laying construction can be effectively reduced, and the construction quality and the construction efficiency are improved.
