The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a broken slope body. The method comprises the steps that S1, a hole channel with a preset depth is drilled on a slope body from a high position to a low position in an inclination direction of the slope body, and the hole channel is vertical to a slip crack surface of the slope body; S2, an anchor cable body and a grouting pipe extend into the hole channel to a necessary depth through an inlet of the hole channel; S3, the grouting pipe begins to grout and is slowly pulled at a constant and slow speed until the hole channel is completely grouted and the grouting pipe is separated from the hole channel; S4, slurry in the hole channel is waited to be solidified to form a core body, and an anchorage pier is built at the inlet of the hole channel at the same time; and S5, the anchor cable body is tensioned in a post-tensioned prestressing mode. According to the method for reinforcing the broken slope body, the bonded section of the anchor cable body is at the far end of an anchor cable, the inversion of anchoring stress is achieved, through the arrangement of the bonded section, the anchoring stress of the core body is guaranteed to be transmitted and the reliability is guaranteed, and an inverted stress method technology is achieved. A non-bonded section is arranged, the anchor cable does not bond and anchor with the core body is guaranteed, and meanwhile the achievement of an inverted stress method is guaranteed.
