The invention discloses a water supply and drainage pipeline installing device. The water supply and drainage pipeline installing device comprises two U-shaped connecting frames arranged symmetrically, wherein each U-shaped connecting frame comprises an installing frame and sliding plates fixedly arranged at the front side surface and the rear side surface of the installing frame; a supporting frame is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the sliding plates; and a placing frame is arranged at the upper end of the supporting frame in a matched mode. According to the water supply and drainage pipeline installing device provided by the invention, a water drainage pipe can be supported through the arrangement of the moving frame and the placing frame; the water drainage pipe can be lifted in the pipeline butt joint process through the arrangement of hydraulic columns; the device is flexible to adjust, convenient to move and convenient to use practically; and meanwhile, through such arrangement, the device is suitable for being used in different terrains and has low cost and good flexibility.
